It’s been almost a year since I started my apprenticeship program at MSA Ardèche Drôme Loire. Of all my experiences, this one has been the most rewarding, as it allowed me to fully immerse myself in the professional world while applying skills I had previously acquired—but hadn’t always had the chance to put into practice, despite several internships.
During this experience, I worked on a wide range of projects: video editing, writing intranet content for internal communication, creating communication materials, developing a detailed CSR communication plan for 2026, as well as contributing to internal event organization and participating in professional trade shows.
Let’s just say… I certainly never get bored 😄
Fareva was my first experience in internal communication. I was already quite familiar with the company, having worked in several departments during my summer jobs (HR, HSE, production, reception, etc.) 😊
This internship taught me a lot about rigor and professionalism. I had the opportunity to create content for the company’s Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, as well as design and translate internal documents shared across the 41 sites of the group in Europe, Turkey, Russia, and the Americas 🌍
I also had the chance to work closely with the communication manager on several projects, including presentations for meetings gathering the directors of all 41 sites 🤝✨
My internship at PEPI Event was an extremely rewarding experience. It allowed me to explore my writing skills, adapting different tones of voice for various audiences and creating clear, engaging content.
I also discovered new facets of myself through the tasks I was entrusted with and appreciated the friendly, motivating atmosphere of the agency. This experience has been a great source of satisfaction and inspiration for my future studies in event management.
